Yen Mei,

Nice blog, I would say, although the on-purpose typo really irks me up as I go through all your 13 months archives starting from December 2005.

Although Secret Recipe's cakes are really good, there's a better one out there which you have yet to try. Head down to Plaza Mahkota (Costa Rica Hotel) that area and look out for Nadeje Patisserie and let me know what you think about it. :)

As I read through your blog, seems that you are allergic to quite a lot of stuffs, particularly the chicken, seafoods, peanuts and your skin. Glad that you actually took it very well, for a food enthusiast like you. If it's me, I rather be vegetarian than not eating those meats. It's a compliment, anyway.

Are you staying at the other side of Malacca town? The Klebang, Malim, Pokok Mangga, Taman Asean that area? Why don't you just rent a room or something at Bukit Beruang? The petrol and time for your daily transportation will definitely cover up the cost and time you spend in the library, alone or with friends. And spending time alone in library does sound like an act of anti social to me. :)

I see you always venture out for food, but the variety is always limited to that few stalls, particularly the Ah-neh mamak stall, the ABC, desserts and a few more. Occasionally, the cafes. Well, Malacca has much more to offer. Be more adventurous, okay. :)

I like your art works, neatly done. Your photography skill is quite good as well, the angles and stuffs. Perhaps its time to replace your 5 years old Lumix digital camera. You don't need a SLR, even point and shoot can produce decent pictures. Really, you don't need one. Don't forget, you have your skill in photoshop to do the touch up. Well done.

I don't think you are anti social. Since you have your cliques (Juliana, Chen Li and others), plus your friends at your church, I would say, you pretty have more real life friends compare to me. I have more online friends than real life friends. You are not anti social, but you need to widen your circle of friends. Be it Hi-Bye friends / acquaintance (which you dislike). Work on it, life is about networks. It helps, especially when you are working outside.

If you don't like engineer, don't waste your time. Although you can pass all subjects and graduate smoothly, there's no point in doing so when you are totally not interested with it. But then, now that you already half way through your degree, there's no point in quitting after all the money and effort. I wish you all the best of luck in your studies. But, be sure of what you want to be when you start to work. You need passion and interest to keep you going for the next N-years.

Now, to spot you in campus and capture you into my picture. Hehe! :)

Take care and blog often because I am subscribing to your RSS feed.
