umbut masak lemak..

since i'm a malaccan...there's a lil touch of nonya style in ma MUM's cookin...not mine..i dun cook....for now...
..yesterday i got to korek isi kelapa.... n drink sum coconut water.....da tree tumble down....strong wind i guess.....n todae....i got da eat da young shoot~!!!!...kakaka...poor thing da tree....so true lah....coconut got lots of uses...even when its DEAD......syabas to pokok kelapa.... straight to da point..

recipe for umbut masak lemak....


blend these ingredients.. .
1)ketumbar
2)serai
3)garlic
4)lada putih
5)kunyit
6)cili kering(ikut suka)
7)buah keras.....
*shrimps if u want it to be totally tasty...i cant eat shrimps..so ma mum left dat out.....oh yea..belacan too...gives da kick...*

......so ma mum + aunt chop da tree shoot into small lil pieces....n cook wit those stuff la....
serve dish wit hot steamy rice....~
